I have one word to describe Kevin Henry's new CD...AMAZING!!! Kevin has very successfully captured the spirit of Tolkien's epic story in both lyrics and music. Everyone I know that has read Tolkien's 'The Hobbit' acknowledges it as a great and memorable tale. It is a work that touches the soul and doesn't ever let go. Kevin has tapped that amazing spirit with a musical rendition that stays so true to Tolkien's original that you only have to close your eyes as you listen and you will be transported to that wonderful world of magic and adventure. Thank you, Kevin, for being our wandering minstrel, our musical guide, as we return to that magical place that all of us keep deep inside, that place of wonder and amazement that we visit so infrequently as we get older. So all of you out there...put the CD on, sit back, close your eyes and prepare to join us in that magical world of dwarves, elves, dragons and gold.
